Acceptable Use Policy

1. Illegal and Harmful Activities

You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Malware & Cyberattacks: Developing, distributing, or hosting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, DDoS tools, or other harmful code.
• Vulnerability Exploitation: Using the AI assistant to automatically generate exploits, bypass security controls, or attack third-party systems.
• Harassment & Abuse: Transmitting material that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Child Exploitation: Any activities involving the exploitation or abuse of minors.

2. Platform Abuse

You may not engage in activities that degrade, compromise, or bypass the operations of the Services:

• Resource Abuse: Intentional evasion of rate limits, automated scraping of the AI output without authorization, or usage that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure (e.g., crypto-mining on provided infrastructure).
• Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party data contained therein.
• Falsification: Forging headers, spoofing IP addresses, or otherwise manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of any content.

3. Intellectual Property Violations

You may not use the Services to misappropriate or infringe upon the patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may:

• Investigate violations of this AUP or misuse of the Services.
• Remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resources that violate this AUP.
• Suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice for severe violations.
• Report activities that we suspect violate any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials.
